How Content Rewards handles the information you provide in this hiring assessment.

Who is responsible

This assessment is run by Content Rewards Inc. (the "Company"), the data controller for the information collected here. It is used only to evaluate your application for a setter role.

What we collect

• Your written answers and the identity details you enter (name, location, timezone, availability, social handle, experience).
• Voice notes and on-camera video that you record as part of the assessment.
• Technical signals to verify the session: IP address, approximate location, device/browser information, time spent per question, and whether you switch away from the tab.

Why we collect it

Solely to evaluate your application for this role: to review your answers, verify the session is genuine and your own work, and compare candidates fairly. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for any other purpose.

Voice and facial image

This assessment records your voice and facial image. By consenting, you agree to our recording and processing of that biometric information for this hiring evaluation only. You can decline, but the on-camera portion is part of the role's requirements.

How long we keep it

Assessment data and recordings are stored securely and are deleted within 90 days of the role being filled or closed, or sooner on request.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the Content Rewards team members reviewing applications. Recordings are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
